I felt like this weekend flew by so fast! Maybe because I have been busy at work this past Friday and Monday but I am happy that it finally slowed down today.

And finally, I am in week 10 of my P90X/Insanity hybrid........I can't wait to finish for real because this Insanity is getting out of control. I guess since this is the last 4 weeks of the schedule, they pumped up the workouts and put to toughest Insanity workouts (Max Interval Circuit, Max Interval Plyo, and Max Cardio Conditioning) at the end. I believe this has to be the toughest workout that I have done since getting back in shape. I will try this week to record video of me doing it so y'all can make the "What The Hell She Think She is Doing" face.........(0_o) or (-_______-)

Also, over this weekend and yesterday, I am happy to report that I didn't eat any fast food, ::Pats self on the back::. Tempted but stayed strong and ate at home. I took some pictures of things I ate over the weekend......yeah, some of it maybe some quick fix meals but I'm sure it beats going and grabbing something fast (one step at a time):
